Our extension project to Old Redford Cottage in Peasmarsh near Rye is progressing well. The build started 9 weeks ago and the timber frame for the extension is already up. The design is for a contemporary extension to the 16th century original thatched cottage. The new extension will provide a large open plan kitchen, living dining space with sliding doors onto the terrace and garden. There is also a new master suite to the first floor with en suite, dressing room and bedroom with large glazed openings looking across the fantastic gardens. The project is due to complete in early 2020.
