We're delighted that our scheme at the Medieval Barn at Nyetimber Winery has been granted planning consent, which will primarily be used as an events space. Construction work is due to begin in October 2019 and finish in 2020.

The proposal includes the repair and conversion of a 15th century oak framed barn within the estate of the large Sussex vineyard. Much of the original 15th century fabric remains. Works to be carried out include the reinstatement of the original thatched roof, careful repair work to all the oak beams, stone walls and replacement green oak cladding.  The conversion work will bring the building back into use to form a central part in the activities of the vineyard.
