RXA along side Appledore Parish council will be hosting 3 open events for members of the public to view the new proposals for the village in Appledore, Kent. The plans include the construction of 12 new houses, 4 of which will be affordable houses and all will be made available as as a first option to local families.
The proposals also include a full refurbishment and several large contemporary extensions to the village hall, the creation of a linear public park stretching through the village High Street, road safety improvements and improvements to several other village assets including the play park recreation area.
Pre planning discussions were held in 2018 with Ashford Borough Council and following the public consultations, final amendments to the proposals will be made prior to submitting the full planning application by late spring 2019
The open days will be held on April 14th, 15thand 17th in the Village hall
