We are delighted that Court Lodge has been granted planning permission. The project involves the construction of a new build contemporary farm house in Old Romney, near Rye. The house combines natural and black stained timber cladding with a dark seamed zinc roof. The dwelling provides very good views in all directions across the marsh and surrounding farm land. The house has been designed to include a high level of insulation and make use of renewable energy sources.
