We're delighted that our Appledore Village Hall scheme has been granted planning consent. Construction work is due to start early 2020.
The project involves the refurbishment of the existing village hall, extensions to the rear of the building, an overhaul to the external appearance of the existing building and landscaping works. The scheme will provide additional facilities for the local community, including new rooms and hall space for social events, a new kitchen and lounge.
Proposed Materials include Western red cedar cladding with batten details, white render to replace the existing pebble dash and new clay tiles to the existing pitched roof.
