We have submitted planning for a stepped extension scheme to an existing oast house.
The property has fantastic views across the High Weald AONB with the extension stepping to follow the steeply declining natural slope of the site.
The proposed extension will be clad in deep natural timber battens with each stepped section having a wild flower roof to reduce any visual impact when viewed from higher across the valley.
