Clonette

Clonette consists of a pair of new build 3 storey beach front properties overlooking the SSSI beach at Pett Level, East Sussex. Each property is individually designed to maximise the triangular shaped plot and to focus on the far reaching sea views, along with the view to the north of the surrounding hills and woods.

Each property has 4 bedrooms, internal lifts with the living accommodation on the top floor. The buildings are designed to flood resilient construction levels, with the living accommodation on the top floor to gain the best panoramic views. There are various deep cantilevered balconies and terraces on each property which provide substantial external space and shading against solar gain.

Externally the houses are clad in narrow Dutch white brick slips, combined with dark grey render and zinc. The houses have provision for solar panels on the top roof and will be heated and cooled via a bore hole ground source heat pump.

Full planning permission was gained in 2019 with a view to site works starting in early 2020
